Our client was a physician, accused by an employee of sexually assaulting her on multiple occasions. He denied all wrongdoing. The case proceeded to trial before a judge and jury. During our cross-examination of the complainant, she was caught lying repeatedly. The prosecutor terminated the prosecution in the middle of the trial. The charges were withdrawn.
